Nothing happens when I click on the Link

When Lanuch the Tour link is displayed in my browser
window, the link address (or command) shows
Javascript:Shorttour(640,480,0,0); However when I click
on it nothing happens. I have another desktop that will
link properly. So how do I fix the problem anyone?
 
When that browser window that shows the broken tour link is open, what
address shows in the IE Address box? Which version of IE and Windows are you
using?
For the link that works on the other desktop, is the link address for this
functional link the same as the address for the non-functional link
(Javascript:Shorttour(640,480,0,0);)on your other desktop?
