Today my computer froze and so I unplugged it and re-started it as usual.
After I put in my password/logged in, all I get is my wallpaper. No icons.
No start menu. I tried pressing Ctrl+alt+del yet nothing happened! What
should I do?

Why did it freeze? Was it after a display driver update? More info needed.

If so, do a rollback via the Device Manager, if not when you use
Ctrl/Alt/Delete, end the process for Explorer.exe, leave the Task Manager
open then use File/New Task Run and type in: Explorer.exe.
