Notes in Outlook

I am unable to change the size of my notes. Whenever I
open one, it takes up the entire screen. Changing the
size under Note Options to small, medium, or large makes
no difference. How can I have my notes the size of a memo
pad?

Right click the top of Window and select "Restore" (from the pull down
menu).
