Notes from contact card to calendar

Is it possible to have the "notes portion" of a contacts information page
added to a future scheduling on your calendar in Outlook? Or is there some
other place I should be keeping my notes with customers so that I can better
access them. I use my calendar to schedule calls, and when I look at the
scheduled appointment I would like to be looking at the history I have with
the client. Instead I am currently opening the appointment - then locating
the contact in my contacts folder, and then going to the notes to review
where I am with that particular client.

Please help!!

Didn't you ask this same question in another newsgroup?

Yes - I believe I did post the question in another newsgroup. Why Brian? Does
it make any difference? Are you able to answer the question?

I must say, I was so excited when I got in to my inbox and saw that there
was a reply to my post, and then I arrive here to find your response. It was
deflating to say the least.

Multiposting is not advised. Please post in one newsgroup and then wait for
the answer.
