Notes all on one page please?

I have notes that I am trying to print for my powerpoint presentation. Some
of the notes are long and get cut off. I expected PP to print the rest of
the notes on the following sheet of paper but this is not what happens. Is
there a way to make sure all notes are printed? Is there a way to shrink
the slide so the notes have more room on the page?

Can you possibly reduce the font size in your notes - will that allow for
more room for you?

I tried that, and at the most legible font size of 9, I still need more
room.

If you go to View => Master => Notes Master, then you can manually adjust
the size of the slide placeholder down, and the size of the notes area
placeholder up. This should get you more printing area for the notes.

If it does not fit into the Notes text place holder, then it is not going to
print.

Click on View, Master, Notes Master and scale the slide place holder and the
Notes text area to your liking. After you have closed and saved your master and
you find you still require more room to hold your notes. add a blank slide with
no transitions and add the notes overflow to that slide. It won't show during
your presentation, but will print out for you.
