Notepad opening on logon

I have just re-installed my O/S after a major crash and everything appeared
to go well but now whenever one of the other users logs on, a Desktop-Notepad
window opens with the following text:
[.ShellClassInfo]
LocalizedResourceName=@%SystemRoot%\system32\shell32.dll,-21787
This does not happen on my account.
Can anyone help?
