Notepad Error

I am using Win XP Proffesional.
These days I am facing problem with notepad.
Whenever I am opening any notepad file it gives me error " Windows can't
find "file........txt". Make sure you typed the name correctly & then try
again. To search for a file, click the search button & then click search.

After then notepad file openn & behaves normally but again if I'll reopen it
or any othe file, the same message appears.

Please let me know how to fix this error

Don't use "file........txt" as a filename. If that's not the filename you're
using, please provide a specific example.
