Notepad Edit>Go To... - grayed out

Recently I noticed that the Edit>Go To... option in
Notepad is greyed out. This used to work fine and I used
it often when troubleshooting javascript code.

Has anyone seen this before? Any idea how to restore?

Try to disable Fomat->"word wrap", The "go to" should be available
