Notebook goes offline at Random Times looses connectivity

Notebook goes offline at Random Times and looses all network connectivity.
In the system tray there is a computer icon with a blue exclamation point on
it, if I double click or right click and select connect connectivity returns.
Any ideas?

Try turning off power management by right click on icon, select "open
network connections," right click on connection select properties and under
the "General" tab you'll see "Connect Using" click on configure and select
"Power Management" tab and deselect "allow computer to turn off this device
to save power." Of course, if you're running on batteries, this is not a
way to conserve power
