Not Valid Add-in file

P

Paul Engel

I recovered my system from a disk crash, inclusing reloading WinXP and
restoring a backup. When I start Outlook, I am getting the following
message:

'[path]\Microsoft\AddIns\Load.dll' is not a valid Office Add-in.

Any ideas what's up. I have the following Add-ins in my Add-in list:
Redemption Helper Outlook Extension
Delegate Access
Deleted Item Recovery
Exchange Extensions commands
Exhcange Extensions property pages
Windows CE Support
Fax Server extension

AAlso on the list, but not checked, is Server Scripting.

I have Adobe Acrobat 7.0 installed, and notice that after this message, it's
tool bar disappears from my tool bars.

What addins did you have installed before?

Try deleting extend.dat file - outlook will rebuild it without the missing
addin.
