I was saving my work and it prompted me to save this and I
don't know what it is;

trav1000.css
when I view the page it starts with: mstheme

I do have a theme on one page only; and a css applied to
most other pages (with a no underline style)

It's the stylesheet generated for the pages where you have applied the theme using CSS
trav1000.css means:
trav - short theme name
1 - Apply using CSS
0 - Vivid graphics off
0 - Active graphics off
0 - Background graphics off
