Not supported OLE DB provider

I want to connect to a MS Project database through MS Project 11.0 OLE DB
Provider. I can create a OLE DB connection file(.udl file) and test the
connection success. But if I try to open it with Access as data access page,
I got "This connection file refers to a provider not supported by data access
pages..."

Is Microsoft stop support this type of the connection?

Hi, Yuhong.

A Data Access Page (DAP) is a database application object, just like forms,
queries, modules, macros, et cetera. A DAP is not a type of connection.
