Internet Explorer doesn't appear to be keeping me logged in to sites.
When I sign in to my Google home page and restart IE, without signing
out, it does not keep me signed in.
I don't believe it is a problem with the page because it is happening
on other pages: Netflix, Forums, etc.

I've compared all of my settings to a computer on the same network that
is not having these problems.
Also this is happening on both my home and office networks.
I'm running IE 6.0.2900

It sounds like a cookie issue. Sites which keep you logged in when you
cut away from them in the browser are checking session cookies for your
log in information. If you clear session cookies, the site can't
remember that you were already logged in when you return.
