Not sended e-mail but I can receive

An e-mail block all of the outside sended e-mail.
It's impossible to delete this mail.
The message "unknow error" is display in Windows Mail.
How can I do to solve this

Microsoft has a fix for that:

"Messages may be stuck in the Outbox when you use Windows Mail on a
computer that is running Windows Vista"

That page offers two download options. Unless you know for sure
you have 64-bit Vista, use the 32-bit option.
