Not recieving all email

I am not recieving all of my email. The emails are coming to the actual
server in the correct folders( not junk) but yet I still only get some of
them to outlook. Certian days i get all of the messages in my inbox other
days only half and still others I get none. Can anyone help?
 
Have you run an Advanced Find over all your folders to make sure the messages
did not go to folders you didn't send them to on purpose?
