I'm using Outlook 2003 sp2 with Windows XP Home edition. As of last week, I
was receiving and sending emails with no problems. Came back Monday and
found that an email I had sent to myself from another email hadn't arrived
yet. I sent a test message to two different email accounts and they went
through. I disabled my antivirus program AVG and tried, nothing. I disabled
ZoneAlarm, and it didn't work then either. I'm just not sure what to do.

Does your ISP have webmail where you can check your email to see if the email
ever arrived? Did you check your other email to see if there was an NDR (non
delivery report) generated and returned?

Thank you Kathleen,
I checked with Concentric, our website host, and there were numerous emails
on a couple of unneeded email addresses. Our quota was way over and once I
deleted all of them, I started getting emails again on Outlook.
Thanks for your suggestions!

I have a similar problem. I'm using Outlook 2007 with Vista Home Premium. I
know I am getting emails but they don't appear in my inbox. Yesterday it was
fine. I've tried sending myself emails from Outlook and also from my Hotmail
account but none of them arrived in my inbox. I have seen emails arriving
whilst I have been using IE, they pop up at the bottom of the screen. I have
received a few junk emails which automatically wnet to junk mail box.

I have webmail and have checked this but there were no emails there.

Help please - simple language please!
