NOt pulling ip address

my wireless connection status shows connected, and excellent signal
strength. Shows sending packets, but none recieved.
However t is not pulling an ip address.
when i try running ipconfig, the result just flashes by quickly, can't
read it.
running windows tablet pc edition.

Run ipconfig from a command prompt not from start/run.
