Not printing Dist Lists

I know somehow you can have outlook print the word distribution instead of
printing pages of people who also got this message. I just can't find it
anywhere

I don't know what that was all about. Somewhere you can click a box and
enter a number say like 5. So when you print an email if there are more than
5 names in the TO: portion of the list it will simply print Distribution as
opposed to printing all those addresses.

That's not a native option in Outlook. It sounds like you had a printing
addin installed then for Outlook.

What was the other thing you sent about BCC.
There has to be a way to do what I'm trying to do. Wouldn't it be like
hiding your to portion so when you send a message no one else knows who got it

This is about printing a received or sent email;

What you are saying is when you are sending a message yourself. Then you
indeed can hide it by placing those addresses in the BCC field.

Back to the printing; if you only have to do it every once in a while, then
the workaround in the link I provided would suffice. If you need to do it
very often, then you might benefit with installing a printing addin. With
the addin below you can specify how many characters of the address field you
want to print;
