not printing color on letter

I have set-up a letter with a blue logo. When I view before printing, the
blue logo, as well as blue email links in body of letter show in print
preview. When I printed yesterday morning, it printed fine. When I print
today, none of the items in blue will print. I followed the MicroSoft
troublesoot options and they did not help.
