Windows Vista not openning!!

Hi all,
I have an problem, when i try to open some DOC or the attachments in e-mail. I'm not able to open the file attachment file and not able to save the attachment also. I'm using Outlook 2007 as email client and OS is Vista. Its happening for only Word document. And the same e-mail is can be open the attachment and i can save if i forward it to other computer. there is no diference between the two computers in permission or in configuration.
