not loading pages

i am running xp, have just had a network set up at home and using a adsl router and i can connect to aol fine on both pc's but internet explorer(6) will not load the pages when i try to get to sites that only load this way....i am new to computers and finding this a nightmare .......also every couple of days or so i can't even got aol ..but by unplugging router and plugging it back in again i can get my aol again...has my network been set up wrong or this the router faulty or something us not quite right ......i'd thank you for any help from anyone out there that maybe able to help.......oh yes i don't have a virus
 
In AOL, either go to keyword and type in 'technical
support' and choose that link on the right side of the
window that pops up OR go to your favorites button on the
top right and in the menu that drops down, choose 'get
help' and the same window will pop up. Someone at AOL
should be able to shed a little light on what's going on
with your setup.
And plus it's a free service that they provide, might as
well use them. Wayne B.
