Not Installing KB905474 update

My auto update settings were set to "automatically download updates,
but prompt me before installing them". Now I have this nagging KB905474
update which I don't want to install but keep asking me to install and
I've to manually deselect it when installing other updates. Is there a
way to get rid of this?

FYI, I do have genuine xp that came with my dell laptop but agree with
majority that this should be my decision whether I want this update or
not.
