not implemented

Recently, when I try to schedule an appointment in the calendar I get a "Not
Implemented" message. I also get this message in Export/Import and other
times when I try to do something with Outlook If I resore my PC to a month
ago date, Outlook works ok for a while. Are there some updates that come in
that mess my Outlook up?

I get the same thing for any action with Outlook 2007. Is there something or
a setting that needs to be done to allow it to work. I can't reply, do a new
message or anything else. What is wrong?

Please let me know what you have found on this issue. I use Outlook
only to synch my Palm Pilot and now it gives the not implemented
message whenever I try to do anything.

I found if you do a detect and repair, Outlook works again
