Not getting popup reminders for meetings

Hello,

I have many meetings on my calendar that are setup with reminders 10 - 15
minutes ahead of time. I'm not getting the pop-up reminders. I am using
Outlook 2003 w/ XP.

Start Outlook with the /cleanreminders switch.
