Not Get EnumMoniker

Hi folks. I'm brand new to this, so please bear with me. I recently
installed Win XP Home Upgrade over 98SE with a purchased additional
license. Went through some interesting times there. Now I have
managed to solve all but one problem. When I log into my ID, I get an
error pop-up which states "Not Get EnumMoniker" Can anyone help me? I
would rank myself as a Novice/Intermediate user as far as computer
skills go. Thanks!

View your event logs for errors, warnings etc. corresponding to the
time of login. copy and post back results.

Anybody have any ideas? What is the EnumMoniker and is it essential to
my computer's well-being? I still get the message, but the machine
seems to be running fine, otherwise.
