Not enough server storage is available to process this command.???

I have anXP box networked to a W2K box . They bothh see and share all
resourses perfectly. I added an external hard drive via USB to the XP box
and made the correct share settings. The W2K box can see it, but not access
it's content. I get the following error message:



(drive path name) is not available.

Not enough server storage is available to process this command.



Any help with this?
 
Reinstall the latest Service Pack, this usually cures this specific problem.

I just finished downloading and installing service pack 4. No change, same
error....Any other ideas or suggestion.
