Not-downloaded message

At the bottom of my New Reader (OE) in this News Group I see that there are
6760 messages, 0 unread, and 55 not downloaded. I have Synchronization
Settings set to: All Messages.

What does all that mean? I suspect that the 6760 messages are ones that I
did not download when I first subscribed (and maybe did a Catch Up) but I am
puzzled by the 55 Not downloaded.

OE Tools>Options>Read>Get __ messages at a time (uncheck)

puzzled by the 55 Not downloaded

Wrong newsgroup? Try ie6_outlookexpress where I have explained
this symptom to others before. So you could probably find it using
the following search on Google Groups
arithmetic author:aldwinckle group:microsoft.*.ie6_outlookexpress

Hint: activate OE's troubleshooting log for news and look at the numbers
in the NNTP 211 reply
