Not copy, but link...

Hi!

Is there a way to also link a cells formats like edgelines, patterns etc, to
another cell?
Let's say A1 has a conditional formatting and C3 should also have the same
formatting.

I know I can set up the same formatting rules, but what if there is a local
exception from the rules in A1?
