I have downloaded a digital photo printing software from Jessops/Pixology so that I can upload photos for printing. I had the software installed before, and now want to update with the latest version. I have downloaded it, but when I run the installation program, I receive an error message that states, "You do not have access to make the required system configuration modifications. Please rerun this installation from an administration account". I am logged in as a computer administrator in my user account. I have nevr had this problem before. Any ideas why?

It's not trying to write a file with a name like *com.dll, is it? See my
thread in this newsgroup with 'Problem with files with names like *com.dll'
as title. I haven't yet found a resolution, but if by any chance this is the
same problem we may at least be able to pool our evidence.
