Not able to send mails

I am using outlook whenever i try to send messages from outlook I am getting
an error message.Not able to send,but i am able to receive mails.Please help
me to send mails.

Hi - what error are you getting exactly? Are you using the correct outbound
mail server (SMTP)? Did you check with your ISP or mail host tech support?
You may need to authenticate to it (provide credentials) in order to send
mail through it.

General notes: please post by including a concise summary of your question
in the subject line, and the full details of your question in the body of
your post. Always include your version/mode/service pack level of Outlook
(from Help | About), what kind of mail account(s) you use, and any other
pertinent details.
