Not able to send email or receive all my mail

Below is the message I receive during receiving and trying to send out mail.
I will receive part of my mail, but not all. My provider did check my
service, which works fine. I can receive mail from their site, but not
through my windows mail. Can anyone help?

The host 'smtp.comtect.com' could not be found. Please verify that you have
entered the server name correctly.
Subject 'Fw: FW: Sisters Rule', Account: 'mail.comteck.com', Server:
'smtp.comtect.com', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error:
11001, Error Number: 0x800CCC0D
 
There is a typo in the outgoing mail server name. You have it as smtp.comtect.com.
It probably should be smtp.comteck.com.
 
i am han\ving the same problem and need help i for got my user name and my
passwor.
