not able to do much of anything

I did not have enough memory on my puter so i decided to
do a full system recovery and now i am unable to do much
of anything. I want to be able to have it the way i
bought it but i do not know how to access the back up
files to redo my system. Everything from what im told is
in my hard drive to reboot system, but i do not know
where. I need help and my warrenty is out dated, i cant
even get nortons to go and it erased my subscription that
i had for this year. Please help me someone!
 
Can you give me you system spec? and O.S.?
I have a PIII with only 10Gb Hard drive and have a lot of memor
problems, most can be sorted.
