When I go to "Internet Options" in the Control Panel on
the "General" tab, the buttons that say "Use
Current", "Use Default", Use Blank", "Delete
Cookies", "Delete Files", "Settings", and "Clear History"
are not working and I cannot press them and don't work.
I don't know what caused this. Please email me at
(e-mail address removed) with any comments.

When you say "cannot press them" do you mean they are grayed-out or that
when you click them nothing happens? It is possible to disable certain
functionality (e.g. by using the IEAK or a third-party application). If this
is the case, you would need to check to see if this was done. Otherwise, did
you install any software or change any settings on your system prior to this
happening? Worst case, try an uninstall of IE and then install IE6sp1 and
all critical updates from Windows Update.
