Brad

Can anyone help me figure out why a spread sheet that i
have worked on for many months is now telling me that its
not a valid Win32 Application? And how I might fix it.
Thanks

It sounds like your excel.exe file is corrupt.

Try this: insert your Office disk in your computer. Find the Excel.exe on
the CD-Rom, copy the file from the CD-Rom, and replace the Excel.exe on your
hard disk.

There are other solutions, but this has worked many, many times over the
years.

Let us know if this doesn't work.
