Not A Valid Win32 Application [WMDC Setup]

Hey Guys, having a few issues with Windows Vista and installing the Mobile
Device Centre software.
I get the 'Not a Valid Win32' Error Message.
Have tried running as administrator
Have also tried running without antivirus protection

I am running an OEM version that was supplied with my Laptop mcftured by
Dell, could that be an issue? Any help will be greatfully appreciated

It sounds like you either have a corrupted download or the wrong version of
the installation file. Go to the following website and re-download the
program, making sure that it is the correct version for your system. There
are also some installation instructions there.
