not a valid system

when I try to run my packard bell software Library I get the error message
"this is not a valid NEC system cannot run" any Ideas whats wrong

Sounds like your software only works on an NEC system. I have no idea
what "packard bell software library" is, but if this is a new program
(as opposed to a really old one that came with another computer from
long ago), contact the software mftr.'s tech support. This is not a
Windows issue.
