'Not a valid Office add-in' error message at start up

I get this message at start up:
'C:\Documents and Settings\Owner\Application
Data\Microsoft\AddIns\C:\Program Files\Microsoft
Office\Office10\SBCMSYNC.DLL' is not a valid Office add-in.

It doesn't work to go to Tools | Options | Other |
Advanced Options, Add-In Manager and COM Add-Ins. This
file not listed in the Add-In Manager, and when I select
COM Add-ins, I get the same error message above. Neither
can I locate the file using search and other standard
methods.

Thanks for any assistance you can give.

Application data is a hidden file. I am having the same problem and I am beginning to research the solution. Thank you for all the info I have read if I find out anything I will pass it your way. If you have a solution please pos
