Not a valid DLL

Sula

I recently got this error message when entering my
Outlook.

The application or DLL C:\WINDOWS\System32\usp10.dll is
not a valid Windows image. Please check this against your
installation disk

After hitting OK my Outlook seems to still work OK but
I've had this happen to me before with bad things that
followed (computer crashed a couple days later). Anybody
know what this is or how I can avoid the inevitable?
