Chronically Annoyed

For about the past week I have been experiencing warning
warning messages every time I open up a browser window in
either explorer or internet explorer. It reads " not a
valid date. One set of quotes and then not a valid date.
I don't know how to fix it. I checked the time/date
settings and everything appears to be normal. I am not
quite sure the root of the problem, or what caused it to
begin. My computer handles the traffic of a lot of
information. The only thing I remember doing specifically
before this began is I installed a service pack update (not
sure which one) from the MS update page. Luckily I
installed netscape navigator as a backup to IE, incase
anything should happen, because IE was not even allowing me
to create a post.

Through further searching I have found the solution to the
problem as mentioned. Go to add/remove programs-->remove
CPR. Simple and effective.
