I'm facing a situiation here , i want to use the GPO to
deploy norton updates to my client pcs , the problem is
that the update files of the Norton are *.exe files , and
they have to be *.msi to work ...
Can any one tell me how can i work over this ?
Thanx

It's funny - If you read the post just after yours,
George's question sort of answers yours.
First you need to repackage the .exe as an .msi. There
are lots of repackaging utilities available including the
one by Veritas on the W2K Server CD. It's exact location
is
VALUEADD\3RDPARTY\MGMT\WINSTLE
If you want to pay money for one, there may be better,
easier to use ones now available.
