Norton Security + Windows Defender + Microsoft Security Essentials

If I am using Norton Security should i still use Windows Defender or
Microsoft Security Essentials.

Should I use both Windows Defender and Microsoft Security Essentials?

What about malicious software removal tool?

Do they all use the same virus definitions?

will they conflict with each other.
