Have Norton 04 running with all updates and it is due for renewal in Aug
and I was wondering if I should upgrade to a new version? Any suggestion
are welcome.

This is such a personal question, but I think you'll find most techs
(including me) no longer recommend Norton products. There are many
better av programs available. I use F-Prot on all my Windows machines,
but the choice is really up to you. Download a few trial versions and
see which one you like.
