norton plugin for outlook

outlook doesn't give me the option of add the norton plugin. i have norton
internet security 2007.
 
Nis 2007 does not come with Anti spam. this feature is in antispam. u
will need to contact Norton CS and downlaod and install Windows Xp
bonus Pack.
