Norton Internet Security 2005 Outlook Tool Bar

I just installed Norton Internet Security 2005 on my Windows XP Home
PC. When I first installed it and ran outlook (2002), I noticed some
new Norton toolbars in which I could identify spam and so on. Now I
don't see the toolbars in Outlook. When I go to View and Toolbars in
Outlook, I don't see it as an option. Anyone know why this wouldn't
show up?

It may appear if more than one instance of Outlook is open. Is this what
happened? If you have any more information on what you did just before the
toolbar disappeared, it would really help. Thanks!
