Norton Internet Security 2004 - How to diable Norton Protected Recycle Bin

I don't see how Norton Protected Recycle Bin help me in any way and I
don't like Norton keeping track of everything I delete. It seems slow
my system down a bit. A plain old recycle is good and safe enough for
me. How can I get it back but still use all other feature of Norton
Internet Security?

Right click the Recycle Bin and select Properties. Click on the "Norton
Protection Tab" and then deselect "Enable Protection".
You will need to do this for each drive you have.
