Norton Antivirus

When ever i try to update the antivirus software it
always says I am not on the internet.But I am online and

Go to the Live Update applet in Control Panel and configure it to use the
correct Internet connection. I don't have Norton installed any longer, but
there may also be an entry off the Norton Antivirus program group on the
start menu for configuring live update.
