Norton Anti-Virus 2005, WinXP Pro and Limited Usesr accounts

I have winXP pro and have created a limited user account .

1. How do I use Norton Anti-virus 2005? When I log in to the limited
account NAV protection is disabled and I get dozens of script errors

2. How do I copy Outlook email and settings from a administrator
account to a limited user account?
