Norton Anti-spam folder in Outlook 2003

A few days ago I stopped receiving any e-mail into my Norton's anti-spam
filter. Also it's now disappeared from my tool bar. I went to tools, other,
advanced options, but it is no longer there to load like it used to be. Any
suggestions? By the way, I just renewed my Norton account the end of
December for another year. I'm wondering if this has anything to do with it?
 
If it crashed Outlook, it will be listed as a disable item in Help-> About
in Outlook.

If it is not listed there either, try a repair reinstall of Norton and see
if it comes back.
