normal template in Word 2003 is dotm

I uninstalled trial version of 2007 MS Office and reinstalled 2003 MS office
but now my normal.dot template is normal.dotm. I am unable to modify this
template; how do I get the normal.dot template back for 2003 Word?

Word 2003 cannot use normal.dotm, so start by renaming that to
normal.dotm.old

If you are lucky you will still have your old normal.dot file in the folder
%APPDATA%\Document Building Blocks\ and renamed normal11.dot (see
http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc179177.aspx) which you can then
copy back to the user templates folder and rename back to normal.dot.

If this file is not present Word 2003 will create a new default version.
