Normal Start Up Windows XP Pro

Hi I am a novice at best. I guess Ive been messing with with things I
shouldn't. Anyway all I need to know is how to get my computer to start up
again normally automaticly without going to the set up screen and hitting f 1
to exit and start or hitting
delete to go into set up it is probably something simple but I am perplexed.
 
1st as a "novice" you shoulnd't go into the bios
but it sounds like you did
go there again and restore to defaults whatever you changed
every time you restore the defaults you need to reboot and do it for as many
things that you changed
if you did not go into bios goto sys restore and try restoring in to a
previouse date
